3rd Annual Freedom & Fireworks - This Saturday July 5th
We are just days away from our 3rd Annual Freedom & Fireworks Celebration presented by Pepsi at Thunder Mountain Speedway!
The Best Plumber BMF 604 Series presented by Schaeffer's Oil by Mike Burner Jr. will be invading The Mountain for $2000 to win! This will be round 5 of their season after rains cancelled their double header last weekend at Tri-County Racetrack and North Georgia Speedway.
Skylar Marlar comes into this weekend leading the series points over 2nd place Tyler Price by 16 points. Bradley Lewelling, Rookies Mitchell Childress and Dylan Perry round out the top 5. Childress also is currently leading the points for Rookie of the Year standings.
Pay out for Late Models for this event will be:

2nd $1,200
3rd $800
4th $650
5th $525
6th $450
7th $400
8th $300
9th $275
10th $275
11-20th $250
Entry fee for Late Models: $60
Thunder Mountain will also have our regular support divisions in action. Open Wheel Mods, Hobby Stock, FWD, Jr. FWD, and Crown Vics will be returning as well.
Join us as we light up the sky with a HUGE firework show at intermission. This year's firework show is promised to be bigger and better than ever! We will also have the Racecar4u2drive simulator back for this weekend's event. We will be running The Thunder Bus, and Thunder will be out in the crown entertaining the kids.
This event will also be double track points for all divisions.
Late Models will receive regular points with the series and double points with the track.
Gates Open at 2:00PM. Pit Meeting at 6:45PM. Hot Laps at 7:00PM
$20 grandstands with 10 & Under Free. $40 Pits.
