Class of 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees Announced!
The Tri-county and surrounding area is rich in racing history dating back to the 50's when the old Corbin Speedway was half-mile dirt track that actually hosted a NASCAR sanctioned event on August 29, 1954.
Fast forward through the years, a lot drivers names as THE BEST around have been discussed across the stands, the pit areas, and even the dinner tables.
When Dennis and Lori Barton started Thunder Mountain it wasn't all about the new, but preserve the past as well in the Corbin area. 2023 the first class of Hall of Fame inductees went to the promoters that poured their time into running the old Corbin Speedway for many years.
