Thank you to all the fans and drivers that came out for Saturday Night Thunder!

We had a total of 69 cars signed in for Saturday's night event.

Late models - 18 entries on the evening with Matthew Smith setting fast time in Hot Lap/Qualifying at 12.668 being just a little over 1/10th of second off the track record. Matthew Smith and Daniel Dial picked up heat race wins setting the front row of the feature. Smith was able to lead the first few laps before the caution came out and was caught in accident ending his night. Logan Walls inherited the lead on the restart and went on to lead the final 20 laps to pick up win #6 on the year at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Daniel Dial, Tommy Bailey, Veronica McCann and Eric Centers rounded out the top 5.

Open Wheel Mods - 14 on evening with Jeremy Sears setting fast time in Hot Lap/Qualifying at 13.492. Sears and Ben Petrey picked up the heat race wins setting the front row for the feature. Sears lead flag to flag for the 20 lap feature picking up win #2 on the year at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Ben Petrey, Craig Stykes, Jason Saylor, and Matthew Hopper rounded out the top 5.

FWD - 12 entries on the evening with Raymond Fuson setting quick time at 15.137. Fuson and Eric Parting picked up the heat race wins setting the front row for the feature. On the start of the feature Partin lost control and hit hard on the back stretch wall. He was able to exit the car and walk to the ambulance. Fire and EMS tended to him at the track and he was later transported by personal vehicle to the hospital for precautionary exam. On the restart top 3 put on a great battle sometimes three wide for the lead. On lap 3 caution came again this time with ending with Kawasaki ending up on top of the #16 of Tayshon Yancey. Kawasaki was able to continue and was able to lead the remaining laps to pick up his first win of the year at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Jacob Gibson, Raymond Fuson, Dewayne Smith, and Johnathon Burke rounded out the top 5.

Hobby Stocks - 17 entries on the night with Zac Karr setting fast time in Hot Lap/Qualifying at 14.857. Bo Gilley and Brayden Noble picked up heat race wins to set the front row for the 15 lap feature. Ean Baker was able to find some speed on the high side and make his way to second. Baker and Noble swapped the lead on laps 12, 13 and 14. Noble was able to hold Baker off on the final lap to pick up win #2 of 2025 at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Ean Baker, Jason Callebs, Ben Petrey, and Zac Karr rounded out the top 5.

Crown Vics - 5 entries on the night with Trace Wilson setting quick time and breaking his own track record at 15.701. Wilson also picked up the heat race win to set on the pole for the 15 lap feature. Wilson lead flag to flag to pick up win #4 for 2025 at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Joshua Shupe, Matthew Shupe, Spencer Luttrel, and Jacob Shupe rounded out the top 5.

Jr. FWD - 3 entries on the night with Gabe Strunk setting quick time. The 10 lap feature was ran before intermission with Strunk and Ava Stewart rolling out for the green flag. Strunk lead flag to flag picking up his first win at Thunder Mountain Speedway. Stewart finished 2nd, and Jayce Howlington was a DNS.
